Automatic Backups
If you have an IT Company or IT Department/Person that handles your backups, please notify them that you have had a new SQL Server database installed and need to have that added to your nightly backup routine. They will need the database and log in details. For that information, they should call us on 021 439 1931.
Manual Backups
PT TaxPro: Go to Settings – Practice Settings and click on Backup database. When you are asked for a password, enter backup. Give the file a name and save it somewhere safe.
CT TaxPro Go to File – Backup. When you are asked for a password, enter backup. Give the file a name and save it somewhere safe.
