Their knowledge of the Irish Tax system is impeccable along with the double Tax Pro and ROS computations allows you to see the computations on the system compared to what will appear on the Notice of Assessment. Any amendments can be quickly adjusted for which reduces a lot of administration time for the firm.

2. Our practice started using ITSS tax products early in 2010, having previously used competitor tax products for many years. We moved to ITSS due to complete dissatisfaction with the support, untimely updates and lack of product development by our previous provider. Moving to a different software provider is not something that is easily decided upon due to disruption, staff retraining and the loss of databases build up over many years. I am delighted to say that there was minimum disruption on data conversion, the support response times are immediate and it is of immense help to resolve problems with people whose primary knowledge is of the tax system. The personal tax system software is excellent and I look forward to the impending release of the corporation tax system software in 2011.

We were using CCH software for both Corporation Tax and Income Tax up to the end of 2009. 2010 has been our first year using the Sage tax software and we have been very impressed with its functionality, the ease at which data can be entered and the quality of it's reports. John Twomey was and continues to be a big help to us and having immediate access to somebody of his caliber is a huge plus for us. Products are very well priced also.
